Karthik, the CEO of VLogic Systems, brings a wealth of experience and a passion for innovation to his leadership. Before joining VLogic, he held key roles at top organizations, including managing Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations teams and advising software companies on product development, monetization, and market strategies at McKinsey & Company. A proud graduate of Harvard Business School with an MBA, Karthik also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and English Language and Literature from Michigan State University. With his unique blend of strategic vision and operational expertise, Karthik is committed to advancing VLogic’s mission of transforming workplace management with innovative solutions.

George T Koshy

George T. Koshy, the visionary Founder of VLogic Systems, brings decades of leadership experience in the software and technology industries. Prior to founding VLogic, George co-founded and served as President of Indus Systems, where he led the company through significant growth and established it as a leader in the Integrated Workspace Management Systems (IWMS) sector. His role encompassed comprehensive management responsibilities, including sales, marketing, and software development. George's extensive career also includes senior engineering roles at prominent organizations such as Bolt Beranek and Newman, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Digital Equipment Corporation. His vast experience and strategic foresight have been pivotal in shaping the success of the companies he has led.George holds an MS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. His commitment to innovation and excellence continues to drive VLogic’s mission and vision.

Duane Harris

Duane Harris is the President of VLogic Systems, bringing over 20 years of senior management and entrepreneurial expertise to the company. Prior to joining the company, he was co-founder and board member of VMS Software, Inc., a global, mission-critical enterprise software company that serves Global 2000 companies in industries such as manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, transportation, and government. Duane avails the VLogic advisory board of deep business operations experience across a highly diverse portfolio. Before VMS, Duane was the CEO of Nemonix Engineering, Inc. a manufacturer of custom engineering solutions for enterprise OpenVMS hardware customers. Prior to Nemonix, Duane served as vice president of operations for BAP Global Solutions, Ltd, a London-based enterprise solutions company with offerings that optimize enterprise governance. He was also vice president of operations of Cambridge Publications, Inc., a New England firm specializing in business process training; and president of Scream Design, Inc., a successful investor-funded portal for web developers. Duane received a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Harvard University. His leadership style reflects a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and fostering strong relationships within and outside the company.

Terry R. Holmes

Terry R. Holmes leads VLogic Systems’ sales and marketing efforts as the Chief Revenue Officer. With over 25 years of C-Suite experience, Terry brings a wealth of knowledge in senior sales management, business development, and marketing. Before joining VLogic, he served as CRO at VMS Software, Inc., a mission-critical enterprise software company that provides operating system software and services across various markets including FinTech, Energy, Healthcare, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Government. Terry’s career includes significant roles in the custom engineered solutions space and with two engineering technology divisions at Polaroid Corporation in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area. His extensive experience and strategic insights have consistently driven successful outcomes in his previous positions. A graduate of the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business, Terry has also completed several executive education courses. Outside of his professional endeavors, Terry is actively involved in his community and enjoys playing pickleball. His leadership style is characterized by a commitment to excellence, a focus on building strong client relationships, and a passion for both professional and personal growth.

Paul Aruldhas

Paul Aruldhas is the Executive Director of VLogic Systems, overseeing software development and bringing decades of expertise in software and IT technologies. Previously, he served as Joint Director at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, a major research and development organization focused on advancing software and hardware technologies in sectors such as healthcare, transportation, and municipal administration. Paul led teams of engineers on diverse projects including systems for hospital management, railway ticketing, road traffic control, human resources management, airport services billing for airlines etc. Paul holds a master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kerala University, India. His deep technical knowledge and leadership skills have been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence at VLogic.
